All sale items & flash sales are FINAL SALE and are NOT returnable. If a final sale item is returned, it will be shipped back to the customer at customer expense or donated. Below are the categories in which your item will be FINAL SALE:

- Jewelry
- Hats
- Scarves
- Sunglasses
- Handbags
- Belts
- Face Masks
- Makeup
All other regularly priced merchandise returns are as follows: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition and with original tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that appear to be damaged, worn, washed or altered in any way. A packing slip, return form, or receipt must be presented with the return.
Our Guarantee
We inspect all items before shipping and guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If an item you’ve received is damaged or defective, send us a message within your order, contact us via Facebook messenger or email shop@firaboutique.com within 3 days of delivery or pickup. Please include your order number as well as a picture of the damage.
Website & App Purchases
We accept returns within 14 days of the fulfillment date for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. FREE RETURNS FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS. If your return is received back within 7 days, we will issue a refund for your return shipping cost. Your store credit will be applied to your account once the return is processed and approved. The store credit amount will be available as a payment method at checkout when completing your next purchase. You must be signed into your account to use your store credit. Store credits are not redeemable for cash or refundable under any circumstances. Exchanges must be made by returning the unwanted item and repurchasing the new item in a new order.
Restocking Fees
Due to the unique nature of our items and limited inventory, there may be circumstances where a restocking fee will be deducted from a return credit. Under only two conditions a 20% restocking fee will apply:
- When purchasing more than one size of the same item.
- All local pickup orders.
To return an item: For Website & App purchases, navigate to our Returns Portal found HERE. Search for your order and follow the steps to complete a return request. Once your RMA is approved, you will be emailed further return instructions and your pre-paid shipping label. A confirmation email will be sent when the return has been processed and credit is applied to your account. Note the tracking number on the label to keep track of the delivery status. Fira is not responsible for lost returned packages.
